ACCOUNT GENERAL INFORMATION
ACCOUNT HOLDER INFORMATION
By law, we are required to obtain information from you about the name in which the account is to be held, the address (not being a post office box) of the account holder(s) and signatories and any trusts on which the account is to be held. If an account is to be held in the name of a body corporate or in a business name, we are also required to obtain copies of the relevant certificate of incorporation or registration. If the account is held in the name of a parish or other unincorporated association, we are also required to obtain a copy of the instrument authorising the signatory/ies to sign. The information which is required is referred to in the application form.
If you do not provide the information requested in the application form we may be unable to open an account.
You may wish to appoint an authorised representative (i.e., your solicitor; accountant or your church administrator). The authorised representative will, with client consent, be able to view the account through internet access. Request for written confirmation of account information must be made to Glebe Income Accounts in writing by investor/signatories and signed in accordance with the method of account operation. To appoint an authorised representative, you must complete the relevant section of the application form.
Incorporated and unincorporated bodies may nominate a person to access the their accounts for enquiry information only via the internet, such as balance of account. Such a request should be made in accordance with the method of operation of the account.
Signatories to joint accounts and accounts in the name of an organisation, incorporated body or business will need to advise the method of account operation on the application form (i.e. the number of signatories required to transact on the account).

You can arrange to have direct credits paid into your At-Call Accounts. We can arrange this for you from other accounts held by you. You simply need to complete the Direct Debit Request Form available and return it to Glebe Income Accounts.
You can arrange to have direct debits taken from your At-Call Accounts. Direct Debits can either be arranged with the institution that will receive the funds, or through Glebe. You will need to provide the electronic transfer details of your Glebe Income Account to the financial institution in order for them to set up the direct debit. Please contact Glebe Income Accounts to obtain the correct account numbers. Alternatively, you can complete the Periodic Payment Request Form available and return it to Glebe Income Accounts.

You will not be allowed to overdraw your Glebe Income Account.
GAB reserves the right to consider all withdrawals, cheques and other debits, including direct debits, in deciding the priority in which debits may be processed and paid. The dishonour of any debit transaction will incur a fee. Please refer to GIA's schedule of fees for more details.

You can stop a cheque via the internet or by contacting Glebe Income Accounts. Stopped cheque notices via telephone must be confirmed within a reasonable time in writing. Returned stopped cheques will attract the standard dishonour fee. Please refer to GIA's schedule of fees for more details.
