BPAY

BPAY® is efficient, easy and available from GIA On-line Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can choose which account to pay from and schedule payments to happen immediately or at a future date. BPAY can be accessed via GIA On-line Internet

How to make a BPAY payment:

• Look for the distinctive BPAY logo on your bills
• Log on to GIA On-line
• Go to the “BPAY” tab and select “pay bill”
• Select the account you want to make payment from and the amount you would like to pay
• Select the payment date
• Enter the biller code and customer reference number shown on your bill.

BPAY Features:

• Pay most bills, including credit card bills
• No extra fees, (except where additional transaction fees apply). Each payment is treated as a normal transaction on your account, which includes existing government duties and account keeping fees.
• You received a transaction receipt number and a record of the transaction on your account statement.
